英文Ｅ−メール基本
１．最初のあいさつは．．．
@ 一般的には
＜例＞
Dear Mr.Roy, （男性）
Dear Mrs. Jane(既婚の女性）
Dear Miss Kathy,（未婚の女性）
Dear Ms. Smith, (既婚か未婚か判らない時。未婚・既婚にかかわらず女性の敬称）
＊最初はMr. Miss 等は、付けた方が無難。
でも、学生同士等の場合は、最初からカジュアルに、省略しても良いでしょう。
A 少し親しくなったら．．．Mr. Miss. などの敬称は取ってね。
＜例＞
Dear Roy,
Dear Jane,
B さらに親しくなったら．．．
Hello Kathy,
Hi Jane,
Hi there Roy,
．．．なんていうのが一般的。
２．本文
ここでは、特に形式はありませんが、まずは、自己紹介からが一般的です。
サンプルのＥメールを参考にね！
３．結びの挨拶
本文の締めくくりで、結辞の前に置きます。
日本語の手紙の中での
「それではお体に気を付けて」 「どうぞ宜しく」 「ご返事をお待ちしております」
等に当たります。
＜例＞
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
（ご返事をくださることを楽しみにしています）
I am waiting for your early reply.
（ご返事をお待ちしております）
Hoping you will have a nice holyday,
（楽しい週末をお過ごしになってください）
Please take care.
（どうぞお気をつけて）
All the best.
（ご機嫌よう）
４．最後に自分の名前を忘れずに
最初は、フルネームが良いでしょう。
親しくなったら、ファーストネームだけ。
５．メールの形式（まとめ）
形式をまとめると以下のようになります。

------- 本文 ------
My name is Hiroko. Ikeda.
I am a Japanese high school student.

----- 結びの挨拶 ----
I am waiting for your early reply.
