Hello Everyone! I think my computer has taken over my life and now I cannot live without it. We had a huge thunderstorm here with crashing thunder and flashing lightning and the power (electricity) went out. I was lost without my computer. I looked at the blank screen and wondered what on earth I would do. I decided to write with a pen and paper but then needed to look at the meaning of a word so I had to find a dictionary. |

| I always use an online dictionary so then I spent the next hour looking
for the book and found the word I wanted. I wanted to change something on the paper and so I had to draw a line through it. I discovered that I now find this very messy as I can easily do this on my computer and the changes are made instantly. I did not want to rewrite it so I just had to live with it but it made me realize how things have changed and how I have changed. Now I use my computer so much that to go anywhere without it is difficult. I think my computer has taken over my life!!!!I |

| みなさーんお元気ですか？ もはや私は、自分のコンピュータに支配されてしまって、コンピュータ無しでは生きていけなくなってしまったの。こちらでは、凄い稲妻と雷の嵐で停電になってしまって、私は、呆然のして、何も映っていないコンピュータのスクリーンを暫く見ていて何も手につかなかったの。ペンと紙を準備して、何か書こうと決めたの。でも、言葉の意味が判らなくなって、辞書を見なくてはならなくて・・・いつも、オンラインの辞書を使っていたから、次の時間は辞書探しで知りたい単語の意味を調べていたわ。紙の上では、変更も大変で・・・コンピュータ上では簡単にやっていた事が、こんなに大変だなんて改めて感じたの。書き直しもしたくないので、コンピュータ無しではやっぱりダメ。それにしても、コンピュータで物事も随分と変わったし、私自身も変わってしまったわ。今ではコンピュータばかり使っていて、どこに行くにもそれ無しではとても不自由。私の生活は、コンピュータで支配されてしまったわ。 |

| 1. Give people more than they expect and do it cheerfully. 2. Marry a man/woman you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversational skills will be as Important as any other. 3. Don't believe all you hear, spend all you have or sleep all you want. 4. When you say, "I love you," mean it. 5. When you say, "I'm sorry," look the person in the eye. 6. Never laugh at anyone's dreams. People who don't have dreams don't have much. 7. Love deeply and passionately. You might get hurt but it's the only way to live life completely. 8. In disagreements, fight fairly. No name calling. 9. Don't judge people by their relatives. 10. Spend some time alone. There is more to life than money!!!!! Remember to compliment yourself……..you are your best advertisement and coach!!! |

| With all the war and violence in the world at the moment let us all write
letters to our governments to support world peace. The situation in the
Middle East is very much out of control and I have friends that just returned
from Lebanon. They came back on a navy vessel deck then waited for 12 hours
in line for a flight from Cypress to the USA. They said that it is horrific
there and that we all need to do our part no matter how small to help stop
