Well I have to apologize for the long break as I was travelling.
I am back now in sunny Brisbane.
I should say hot and sunny Brisbane because summer has really
come early this year.
So if you are thinking that you would like a holiday in a place
that almost never rains then this is the city for you at the moment.
So this mag lets look at different topics of interest.

Did you know that food really does affect your
mood?
A new study in America confirms that food
dramatically affects our mental and physical
performance.
Here are some foods you can eat to change
your mood.
目がさめて疲れきっていたら...
If you wake up exhausted
In the morning drink some orange juice (OJ) and eat a banana as well as
a low fat muffin.
For lunch try a slice of pizza with veggies
and some juice.
憂鬱な気分だったら
If you are depressed
Eat spinach with eggs and OJ for breakfast. For lunch and dinner eat
chicken or salmon.
If
you are stressed
Try apricots, figs or berries.
Or if you do not like sweet things then try chips and salsa.

If you can’t concentrate
Blend 4 apricot halves, half a cup of non-fat plain yogurt, a half a cup
of
OJ, a quarter of a cut of wheat germ, half a banana and nutmeg.

一番簡単な調理方法は....
Good food gone Bad
I love to cook I really do but I get scared when I
have to add more than three ingredients.
Even the simplest recipe makes me want to run
out of the kitchen.
I have found a new way to always get the same
result.
I just burn everything.
At first it was a joke but then I started to burn toast and boiled eggs.
I have never heard of anyone burning boiled eggs but I did.
I just put them on the stove to boil and then forgot about them.
When I came back quite a while later they were split black shells.
If you have a cooking story please send it in so then maybe I will feel
better about being the worst cook in the world.
